Better swiveling adaptor

Bought a house not too long ago. Previous owners left their hose in the back yard. The reel doesn’t have a built in swivel connection, so they seem to have made one out of quick connects. It sucks though and the hose is always getting twisted and restricting the water. Is there a better option? The reel works fine, I’d rather not replace the whole thing.
