Amazon Closed my Account??

Okay so, a few days ago, I placed my pretty much yearly Amazon order (I only order from Amazon 1-3 times a year in big orders). Today, I get an email saying that they've cancelled my order. I'm thinking it's like before when they've done that because I forgot to unlock my card but no--they're accusing me of "suspicious activity" and told me to go to another site to upload my ID for review.

I've never been asked to do that, so I googled it and someone on Reddit said they got it reversed by emailing ofm@amazon.com.

So, I did. I said I refuse to upload my ID to a third party and requested that they remove the stoppage on my account. No reply. Then, a few minutes ago, I get an email stating that they've closed my account due to violation of the conditions of use. Not sure what I've violated because I've been an Amazon user for years now and I placed my order like always.

Anyway, I'm taking my business elsewhere because these are just too many hoops to jump through to buy straw cleaners, replacement straws, a camera case, phone case, sneakers and a few other odds and ends for myself. I was mainly using Amazon for the convenience of not tracking five different websites.

Has anyone else experienced this?? It's absolutely bizarre to me.

What is a good vocal range?

Okay, so I did a vocal test today and the upper limit for me is A#5 and the lower is G#2 (I have to reach for that one haha). I feel most comfortable at around C4 and google says I'm a mezzo soprano (I've sang soprano in choir my whole life). However, I feel my range 1) could be better and 2) isn't as "fluid" as I'd like.

I've recently started singing at Open Mics to build my confidence in singing solo and I find that while the notes are there, I have trouble connecting them, especially in songs that have runs or more complex scales than what is required in a choir setting.

I find I crack or my voice "trills", for a lack of a better term whenever I'm either not fully warmed up or I'm nervous.

What are some vocal exercises I can do that improve vocal agility and is my range bad or just average?

What to do with these attic floors?

I was thinking to wax them or something. They're sturdy and don't bounce. 1910 construction, I'll be using it as a bedroom while I go to school. Any suggestions?

Attic Bedroom, Adult living at home

So basically, I'm living at home while I go back to school and I'll be in the attic, floors are old but feel sturdy. Google said if they feel bouncy, it's a problem but they don't, it's just an old house.

I have an area rug but I wanted to shine the floors up, maybe with wax?? Any suggestions would be appreciated. I walk with just socks on a lot and I don't want splinters or anything. It's got a small room I think I'll turn into a walk in situation. Basically, I'm asking what you would do about the floors and layout ideas.

I think the small corner in photo 1 would do well as a tiny reading nook with floating book shelves and the most open space for my bed and pet bird. I don't want to overload the space with furniture so I was gonna buy a bed with built in storage for anything I don't put in the closet area.

I have a TV that can be mounted and I was thinking about where to put a desk so I can wfh. My current desk is a desk/bookshelf hybrid from IKEA that won't work with the slanted ceilings.

Thoughts?
