Daiso dolls 💖💖

Daiso dolls 💖💖

I finally found some Elly Chan dolls and kimono fashion packs at a Daiso store. Their shoes were really hard to keep on, so I had to put some tape around their feet to keep them secure. Other than that little issue, though, I think these adorable dolls are great for their price point. Of course, Elly Chan is nowhere near as good in quality as other Japanese dolls (like Licca Chan is), but I still think they are very cute and affordable (everything was $2.25 each). So if you have a Daiso store nearby, then I really recommend checking them out. 💕

Licca Chan restyles 💜🩷

After I got my first Licca Chan doll (who is pictured with these two new girls in the last photo), I decided that I would be collecting more and recently got these two cuties 2nd hand from Aliexpress. Just like the first one, they didn’t come with any clothes (except underwear), so I really had to get creative and worked with what I already had among my doll clothes/accessories. It took a while to find the right looks for both of them, but I’m really happy with how they each turned out. 💕🥰

And for those who may be wondering about what the new girls are wearing … The lilac haired Licca is wearing a purple dress from Disney’s Star Darlings doll line by Jakks Pacific, her purple flats are from a Mulan doll by DisneyStore and her purple purse is probably from a Barbie fashion pack. The blonde haired Licca is wearing a pink Cinderella dress by Hasbro (it was included in a Disney furniture playset from 2016), her pink sandals are from a Barbie storage closet playset and her pink heart purse is from a Barbie Extra Fancy doll. 💜🩷

Barbie Basics Doll Restyled

Here is my newly restyled Barbie Basics (Tango) doll. I wasn’t a big fan of those bangs and since I already have several other Black Barbie dolls with Afros, I decided to give this girlie a different hairstyle. First I boil washed it a couple of times, then I slowly started brushing the hair into (mostly even) sections and sealed each braid with a needle/thread. It took me several days and many hours to complete all of the braids, but I think it was well worth the effort and I’m really happy with final results. I also added a little ribbon bow for extra cuteness and switched her head onto a Y2K body type too. I’ll probably change her outfit in the near future (maybe something vintage Barbie or Y2K inspired) as well, but overall I really love how she looks now. 🤎🧡

My first Licca Chan doll 💖

I thrifted her from Aliexpress and I absolutely love her. 🥰 For anyone who may be wondering, she is wearing the Anne of Green Gables dress from Mattel’s “When I read, I dream” series (the clothes are Stacie doll size and fit Licca’s body perfectly). She’s also wearing the brown loafers from one of the recent Barbie Basics doll line. My little girl looks ready for school and ready for autumn too. 🧡🤍💚🤎

Barbies for $0.25 at Burlington

I just got back home from doing some doll hunting and I wanted to share with you all here that I found three Barbie dolls at Burlington for $0.25. 🤯😍

YES, you read that correctly — I found 3 different Barbie dolls for 25 cents each! I still almost can’t believe it. I don’t normally shop at Burlington, but I decided to give them a try (especially since I had no luck at Ross or DD’s Discounts) and I’m SO glad that I did. I first bought 2 dolls, then I decided to go back and buy another one because the price was just too good to pass. 🩷💖🩷
