My sweet cat passed away nearly two weeks ago now. This is my first night back home since it happened and I keep thinking she’s still here.

I just think she’s upstairs sleeping and she’ll come down soon to meow for food. My fan moved something out the corner of my eye and I thought it was her. I walked out the bathroom and expected her to be sat there waiting for me.

Worst of all I just feel like a part of me is gone. I want her back so much. All I can do is hug my dressing gown because that’s what she was lying on when she passed. My heart just misses her so much and I’d give anything to have her back.
