Awning tent

I recently bought a Chevy express with swing doors and am looking for a tent-awning to use with my van, around the side doors area. Easy up and down is very important. I'm in the USA and it seems that inflatable or popup models for this aren't sold here.

I basically want a screened-in area right outside of the van where I can sit and be outdoors but be in the shade and not devoured by mosquitoes.

Any suggestions? I've seen a few tents designed to attach to the back end of an SUV and wondering if one of those might work for me.

Lightweight hydrating leave-in ?

I need a lightweight but very hydrating leave-in conditioner. My hair is very fine and silky so it is easily weighed down, even using volumizing products. It's also very dry, though. My hair seems to really like humectants.

I don't mind if it has silicones, my hair loves protein, and I just want something light enough to spray on and still give me moisture and clumps.

My routine today: shampoo Nexxus color assure, condition Biolage acidic bonding treatment. Amika Plus Size mousse, Pattern Beauty Mousse, and L'Oreal Hairspray.

Brushes for liquid blush?

What brushes are best for liquid blush? I use liquid or cream blushes 99% of the time now because my cheeks are pretty dry. I use goat fude for complexion and for powder brushes, but most sources say not to use them for liquids/creams.

What qualifies as "recent" weight loss? And is this weird to you?

I lost a lot of weight about 6 years ago. I have large breasts and they naturally deflated somewhat with the weight loss. I don't consider 6 years ago to be "recent" and I don't think they look unusual for the breasts of a 50-year old woman.

I had a mammogram a few weeks ago. When I filled out the form, they asked if I had recently lost weight. Then before the actual mammogram the tech asked me again if I had any recent weight loss. I get that's a normal question to ask before a procedure. But, then during the mammogram, the tech asked me again "Have you lost a lot of weight recently, or . . .?" That made me feel uncomfortable and the "or" felt like she was asking me to explain the condition of my breasts, while she was literally holding my boob in her hand.

I have had mammograms before and no one has ever asked me this, especially not during the mammogram. No one has ever handled my breasts so much, either. The whole thing left me feeling unsettled. Is this a normal experience?

(When I was asked beforehand if I had recently lost weight, I answered "no" because I don't think 6 years ago is recent.)

Sleepyness/fatigue

I've been on trintellix for 7 months. I was on 10mg and then went up to 20mg within a month. The crushing fatigue and sleepyness started with the 20mg. If I take it at night before bedtime, I sleep for almost exactly 6 hours and wake up exhausted (that's not enough sleep for me.) Taking it in the morning means I am sleepy and exhausted all day. Some days I have slept more than 20 hours. I'm sleeping my life away, when I am awake I am still exhausted.

The trintellix HAS helped with my depression, when I am awake, but I can't go on this way.

Is there a way to take it at night without sleeping only 6 hours? Because I am at the end of my rope here.

VCSEL masks: are they genuine and effective?

I have an LED mask which I like but it's low-quality and after a few months flickers on and off if I move wrong. But I do like the science behind red light so I am planning on getting another. I have read (I think here) that the Lyma laser is made with VCSEL, and I have no intention of buying one of those, but I am seeing some promos for masks that are advertised as VCSEL and claim faster effectiveness than typical LED.

I mainly want this for skincare, but I used the mask I have on my frozen shoulder and it has made a real difference.

A potential confounding factor is that my skin is already really good, my only wrinkles are 2 small smile lines, but I am interested in improving and maintaining.

Is a VCSEL mask genuinely VCSEL and genuinely more effective than an LED mask?

Water/moisture/hydration and curly hair vs straight

I have seen the posts and comments about how, in studies, hair with higher water content was perceived as less smooth and less healthy, compared to hair with lower water content, but with conditioners added. (And I know, perception is subjective.) The conclusion most people get from this is that water (hydration) is not good for hair and does not make it seem healthier,

What I am wondering is if this research was ever repeated on curly hair. Most hair swatch tresses for testing are straight hair, so I suspect that the hair used in these experiments was also straight hair.

I wonder about this because curly hair responds so differently to water. For example, cosmetologists who regularly work with curly hair observe that curly hair is more curly, more moisturized, and appears more healthy when it's been deeply soaked with water, when humectants are used on wet hair after washing/in between washes, etc. Humectants in this case increase the amount of water in/on the cuticle, if not the inner areas of the hair. Of course, most of these formulas include conditioners as well as humectants, which can confound the results.

But water seems to be behave differently, in terms of the health and appearance of curly hair. Is it possible that the effects of water can be dramatically different in curly hair, than in the straight hair tested? Is it connected to the fact that the cuticle of curly hair tends to be more raised in general (at turning points?)
