Starting Vyvanse for the first time and I’m very very scared

I’m 20 and got diagnosed with ADHD at the age of 7. I took no medication but was put in help classes with an IEP. I’m now going into my 3rd year of college majoring in accounting and man do I need help concentrating. I go to my doctor and tell him what’s up and he prescribes me Vyvanse 30mg. I am VERY against medication but I’m in a spot where I’ve been suffering for years and need a little push just until I get my CPA. I do not need this for longterm.

SO, as I am very very new… I worry allot about side affects of depression and anxiety, that’s one thing I don’t want to happen as it takes some time to recover from.

What should I know about crashes, and how to properly take it. Do you have to take it every day? Are withdrawls that bad? How do you prevent that “feeling” after a crash? And when it comes to food how do you deal with that? And how is the sleep schedule? I know for school I have late classes and might need to stay up later to study at night so…
In whole… do you feel like a different person or do you still feel like the same you, just more focused?

Is it easy transferring out of dorms?

I’m a new transfering junior at Albany, and I got placed into the alumni quad. Me and my sister applied the day the forms came out, we applied to liberty and Dutch single dorm if there was nothing left. I didn’t even know alumni existed and that they have a communal bathroom and have no parking lot and apparently no AC in the dorms. It’s also far as hell from my classes. So now I’m stuck with alumni and a roommate, how do I get out of this, is it simple? It feels like they ignored my application and just randomized it not going in order of who was first and last, I’m new so, please help. ALSO, is alumni quad really in the ghetto? I have night classes so I wanna know if I should be worried coming back.

This is my schedule for next semester… is this bad given the professors ratings?

Do you think I can manage this? I mean personally I’m a really bad procrastinator. The ratings on rate my professor are pretty bad, but I can’t drop these classes since I need them in order to declare my major. It’s BS how they give you your advisor so late and are left with all the crappy professors. I’m horrible at stats and I’m left in the dust with this professor. Please let me know so I can drop these and just look elsewhere.

How do I stop hallucinating at night?

I’m 20, I’ve been hallucinating at night for years, or basically anytime I fall asleep. Recently I’ve been having them more than usual, seeing things that aren’t there. People in the corner of my room, bed, in the closet, on the ceiling. I wake up screaming or saying something without knowing or controlling it. Does this happen to you? How do I stop this? I want to control this now before I hurt myself, one time I tried escaping out my window (I would have fallen off the roof) and the other time I fell of my bed and ran to the railing of my stairs (I don’t know if I was trying to jump off or not) I woke up the next morning with bruises all over my legs.

I’m sneaking out and need to get around Life360

I’m sneaking out of the country to go to Ireland for a week, I have life 360 though.. how do I get around that? Should I get a burner phone? Worst comes to worst, I’m more worried about doing a trick, and my location accidentally reseting while I’m in Ireland…
