Trying to get into ar
If you’re wondering what the drawing is, this is supposed to be a side portrait of a girl. I have started to write novels and I wanted to draw characters and scenes from my books, but this is not anything close to what this character is supposed to look like. I have taken a handful of art classes in the past, but as you can tell I haven’t really remembered any of it. I know the best way to get better is practice, but are there any videos that y’all can recommend to help me get better?
It’s such a good game but if I put hair texture from low to medium my laptop explodes 😭😭😭
He said it was going to get lower, but golly that’s good.
Does Diana fully understand death?
So I'm writing a fanfic about Pragmata set immediately after Diana says "I'm ready" I don't have the plot completely figured out, but I know that it's going to be about Diana coming to terms with Hugh's death, and how Diana affected us, the real life comunity, via an adoptive family. I currently have it written in a way that makes it seem that Diana doesn't understand death, but I just remembered that she talked with Hugh about his crewmates, she saw Dr. Higgins die, and she seemed to understand that Hugh would not recover from the dead filament. Am I still good to assume that she doesn't understand death, or should I simply make her be in denial about Hugh's death specifically?
Here's an excerpt from what I have written so far:
I sat down again. The grass felt smoother than the sand, it wasn’t as scratchy, and it didn’t get stuck on my jacket. I wondered if this is what Hugh felt like, when he lost his friends. He must have been even sadder, because he knew them longer, and he lost three people, I only lost one. But also he acted like they were never coming back, even though they were stuck on the same planet as him. It was kind of confusing.
“What am I doing!” I thought to myself. “I can’t be sad until Hugh gets back here, I have to do something while I wait for him to get back!” I thought for a little bit more, “I know! I’ll find his house, and get it ready for him! He will be so surprised!”
