I do utility construction and have tried all different kinds of boots over the years. A couple of my favorites were the Irish Setter Wingshooters and the Red Wing Traction Tread. I wanted to try something new so I went with the Whites Perry Hybrids. Whites get such high praise and everyone loves them so I figured why not? In the few months I wore them they were sent back twice because the sole was peeling from the boot. The first time they re-glued it and after a few weeks it happened again. The second time they completely resoled both boots. Great. Then only two weeks after that the stitching on the moc toe started to come apart. I don't know if I got a shit pair or what but I'm over it now and moving on. I'm strictly a MocToe guy. I've been looking at a few different pairs and would like everyones input. The Jim Green Workhorse, Danner Bull Run and Keen Liberty. Who has experience with these? I'm on my feet all day, climbing in and out of holes and walking alot. Or should I go back to Red Wings? Any input would be helpful. Thank you.
