I've been playing League yesterday and I had heavy input delay. It's like 3 seconds and it's only the keyboard. It's also in the ingame-chat not only spells, it's fine in the client tho. It's only on Lol and Valo so it must be Riot related. Has anyone else experienced something similar and has a solution?

So I got the rx 6900xt wc and online I see that people get about 60-80fps on Extreme settings and 2560x1440 resolution. I cant get anywhere near that. My results on High-Ultra from the ingame benchmark are about 40fps (photo). Also the settings don't change too much. On very low I get about 70fps. think this isn't a Forza only issue because in other games I also don't get as much FPS as I should but it still always was enough so I didn't care. The GPU usage is at 100% while the CPU sits at about 40%. Can anyone help?
