I have Google Pixel but I may change to iPhone one day. I'm a woman (smaller wrist)

I loved my Fitbit Sense but it died in the pool a couple of weeks ago. I'm looking for something that can handle most phone notifications (as well as "find my phone" because I lose it a lot) and has different sport modes + heart monitor and sleep insights. Around $300 or so. Thanks!

37F. I can have roughly a $100k down-payment. I make $75k/year which is projected to hit 6 figures in the next couple of years. No debts. Excellent credit.

I'm looking at duplexes, in order to rent out the second unit to help pay the mortgage as I'm a single person.

What are the pros/cons of this? I'm assuming that rent can't be calculated for the mortgage?

Hi all,

I went from 310lbs to 125lbs. Gastric sleeve. It's been 2.5 years. I don't have an excessive amount of loose skin, but it still bothers me. My dilemma is that I may want to try and conceive within the next few years. (But it's not a guarantee) Should I get skin removal surgery now or wait until I go through a potential pregnancy?

I'm looking for genuine connections and then we'll see where it goes.

I'm not super into Astrology but here's what I know: Capricorn Sun, Virgo Moon, Gemini Rising. My Venus is in Sagittarius (in the 7H) so while I need structure in my every day life, I also need witty fun and adventure in love. And I may have a lot of earthy elements, but I mostly feel like a watery little Pisces. 

I think people would pin me as a "sporty femme" most of the time, but I'm mostly androgynous/chapstick. I'm just me. 

I'd say I'm an ambivert, a good mix of being an extrovert and introvert. INFP (but 1% more and I'd be ENFP) I'm social and people tend to gravitate towards me naturally. 

I'm currently working full-time as a public servant, while doing school part-time to get an IT diploma (paid by my employer) so that I may officially join one of our IT teams. I aim to keep climbing my career path. Financial stability is important to me.

I've had a rough start in life due to my childhood, but I'm beginning to feel like everything is finally starting to be within reach. I'm a big advocate for therapy, and I'm all about self-growth (for myself and my relationships).

• Have a family (1-2 kids. I don't need biological children to love them. I would be an amazing step-parent, but also open to adoption etc. And having kids would never take away from the attention/love I'd give my partner. We'd always be a team.)

I'm looking for a partner who is kind, emotionally available and can handle harder conversations if they're needed without shutting down or turn to avoidance. Someone who is honest from the start, is clear with their intentions and knows what they want. Someone who takes commitment seriously. Someone who can help bring out my inner child, be silly and have fun. Someone who takes growth seriously as well. 

My type physically:

• I like women of all backgrounds. I tend to fall for dark hair/blue eyed girls or latinas. But that's not a requirement.
• Generally prefer women who live an active lifestyle and are fit/slim. Fitness is important to me because I've worked very hard on my own health journey (I was over 300 lbs at one point and am now 125 lbs)
• Soft masc to femme. (Not really attracted to butch or extremely femme girls)

I feel like the last few years have been really hard on me, especially when it comes to trust, so being compassionate and understanding is a big plus.

Physical and emotional intimacy are also very important to me. My love languages are physical touch and quality time. I'm a switch/vers with a top preference. Sex is important to me. I love giving and receiving affection. Cuddles are the best.

I'm hoping to find someone to connect with locally (I'm in the Ottawa, Ontario area), but I'm open to long distance as well if the connection feels right.
