How can I improve?

I grew up in a culture that was very connected to the spiritual world so things such as spells, charms, readings, psychics (just a hit different than western ones) differnt types of spirits (good and evil, in between, elves, giants etc) were alll veryyyy common growing up. I used to hear stories about them all the time as a kid. People truly believed in them and practiced their spirituality that way

Around 10 or so I left where I was from, and moved somewhere west.

I’ve been practicing witchcraft (in more western terms) off and on since I was 13, and I’m 24 now. For the past year I’ve gotten deeper into it and understand it better. But what do I do now? I’ve got information on it, more than enough at this point I think but it’s all VERY messy because of all the mixed beliefs that I grew up around and studies myself etc.

I’ve done spells, I’ve meditated, I’ve tried shrooms lmao. I’ve done my fair share of things. I even might candles for certain spirits almost everyday. But what now? I feel as though I am looking for a certain box that’s more organized that I can put all my beliefs into and practice more consistently.

I feel as though I’m not very good at explaining myself as my brain is just as messy as all this typing is. I hope some of this made sense. I’m open to any advice and anything is appreciated.

How can I be more spiritually connected again?

When I was younger, I used to see spirits. I used to see them constantly as a kid that my parents have sooo many stories about it. The problem is, I don’t remember much of my childhood. I especially don’t remember ever seeing spirits.

I want to be connected to the other side like I used to. Any advice?

What if I just don’t want to do life.

I really don’t want to live. Not because my life is terrible or anything. I know in the future I’ll get to where I “want” in life. Having a great job and having good salary. I even have an amazing partner. My parents are supporting me in school, and I have sisters that are also pretty supportive. I have an amazing best friend too. My point is; I have good things in my life, good people, and good potential for the future. Yet I just don’t wanna do any of it. And I don’t wanna lay in bed either and be depressed either. I just don’t wanna be here anymore. What’s so wrong with that. And I can’t even say anything to my doc about this because he’ll prob tell me to go to a therapist and prescribe me more pills for “depression”, and yes I am medicated too. I just don’t want to do life at all. And I don’t know what to do about it…

My mom had a dream and woke up with bruises

My mom dreamed of falling in her dream and she woke up with two bruises on her arm. Isn’t that weird? I find it very odd.

Does anyone have any idea where I can get a pdf version of Family matters, Fourth edition An introduction to family Sociology in Canada. I’d really appreciate it.
