Does gcul have separate merit lists for alevels

Today is the last day to pay 70000 fee so like how much is refundable if i end up not wanting to go here because i have applied in other unis too and if i get acceptance from there ill likely not join fccu.

If i have been from o and a level background will my merit be calculated according to my equivalence

I applied in psychology and when i calculate my merit its 83 and the last person in merit list is 82 i should be in the list but i dont know why my name isnt there.. i emailed them this issue but there isnt any reply what should i do bcz last date is 23 july for fee
