What’s happened to the Pantheon Update (June) for Rome 2?
I’d swear that even some of the sections they mentioned would be out in May. Absolute radio silence. Is this standard practice at the new CA?
Thanks, lads

I don’t know what you’re hoping to achieve with these measures, but you’re certainly shooting yourselves in the foot. By daring to do this, you’ve motivated me to look for any alternative, even if it’s slightly worse. You’re becoming more and more like Adobe; I won’t be recommending you any more.
Reverse these kinds of measures for users who are potential buyers and who, for various reasons, can’t afford it at the moment
Hi, everyone. I’ve had an experience unlike anything I’ve ever had before, and I definitely hope to be able to return the favor, because there’s more joy in giving than in receiving
The original title of my post is the same as this one, but you should know that u/Crazy_Way4714 has very generously gifted me a higher edition—the General Edition. It was funny how we ended up chatting on Steam, since I thought he was a player I’d met in Counter-Strike 2 just this past Saturday; I didn’t expect him to reach out because of my Reddit post
I can’t wait to play it, but above all, I think I’m getting more than just a game—a life lesson in the gaming community. Since we’re both big fans of Paradox games and neither of us has anyone to play them with in our respective countries, this has been a wonderful encounter and a wonderful gift.
To everyone who’s tried more times than I have—this was my second time, and I consider myself lucky—don’t lose hope that your chance will come. I know it’s hard; it might be a game from your childhood or one you’re truly passionate about and want to play, but everything happens at the right time and place. I’m not going to lie—I thought I’d have to make at least four more attempts before someone actually noticed me.
I want this to serve as an example that behind the screens, behind our users, there are real people generously giving away games that we can’t get for a thousand different reasons, and that allows us to take away more than just a game—a life lesson.
Truly, thank you so much again to u/Crazy_Way4714 and to the entire community that safely enables us to be here today, sharing what we love most. I’m convinced that many people who receive gifts end up giving them away later on.
We’ll keep in touch here.
Hugs to everyone,
Daniel
Hello everyone! First of all, thanks for reading – at the very least, that means we both enjoy Paradox Interactive’s video games
I love historical video games in general, something you’ll quickly see from my Steam profile, and after trying Hearts of Iron IV (the 15 hours I’ve put into this game are from the Free Weekend), I found it fascinating; I didn’t think it would feel so different from other games in the franchise, being so straightforward.
It’s very clear that, of all the Paradox games, this is the one that best reflects war in the most direct way—even though it’s set in the Second World War—and all the logistical aspects. I love the historical paths that many nations can take. Right now I have the time but not enough money to buy all the DLCs. You know, I imagine, how Paradox works in this regard, which is why I’m a bit embarrassed to pop in here
So, in that sense, I’m happy with the base game because I prefer to take my time with it and learn the mechanics. And feel free to add me as a friend! I’m from Spain, but we can communicate in English and Spanish. Any fan of Paradox games is my friend. And if you decide to gift it to me, don’t worry, I won’t forget you, so I’ll see you on Steam 😄

I’m a bit frustrated because I made a mistake when I moved my capital whilst still a tribe, thinking that being close to the River Danube (known for being navigable) would grant me the status of a trading republic by connecting it to the Caspian Sea
After realising my mistake, I have to wait about 500 years to change my capital again, and now that I’ve conquered Constantina for its port, I’m not sure if I can swap the feudal possession of Castillo for a Villa possession to reform into a Merchant Republic.
Thanks, guys
I’ve just played my first full game of Stellaris and I was completely captivated by this race’s backstory, to the point that I’ve been searching through old posts on this subreddit to see if there was any more lore on the subject, and most of the posts are over five years old
Doesn’t Stellaris have its own universe like Warhammer, through novels, comics and animated series? Because I think its whole world could be developed and expanded just like Warhammer, Star Wars, etc. I don’t know if anyone knows anything about the Baol beyond this chain of events presented in the game; I would have liked to read more about them
Finally, these kinds of text events are of very high quality compared to other Paradox IPs. Crusader Kings 3 could learn a thing or two from Stellaris when it comes to creating events 😅😅😅
I didn’t think it would go this far, but I’m really glad that they’re at least discussing the possibility of including it or adding something similar to that button.
I’m delighted to have discovered that I wasn’t the only one who learnt about historical figures thanks to that simple button, so thank you, community – I’m really happy to share this hobby with you all ^^
Or I’ll head over to the Stockholm office with this Reddit post to politely ask the first Paradox employee I see to give me this update
