Two tone rings broken 45 days after full brake replacemen

I had a full brake job done on my 2019 transit 45 days ago. 110k miles. Rotors, pads, bearings, the whole shebang. Now suddenly 45 days later the abs warning light comes on. Code appears to be 36&37. Turns out to be the left rear tone ring is cracked. They replace it, along with a new battery (was at 40%). Warning light is gone. Drive twice, 15 miles total, and abs light is back on. Now they are saying it is codes for the other side and it is the right rear tone ring that’s cracked. I questioned them at the beginning of the first tone ring replacement if the others were in bad shape. Was told they are either 100% good or 100% bad and wouldn’t know until another broke. My question is, is there something they could have done incorrectly during the original brake job to cause both rear tone rings to crack 45 days later? And how does each tone ring break one day apart? During the original brake job isn’t wear and tear or rust something they should have spotted on the hubs/ring? I’m just trying to figure out if this is something I should look further in to, or it’s just par for the course of transits and just coincidental how things are breaking and nothing more. Thanks.

New card options for couple

Any suggestions on a good credit card for a couple who doesn’t eat out, doesn’t travel, and has no kids? A majority of the ones I’ve looked up have the benefits for those types of things not just simply every day stuff. When I say we don’t eat out or travel I actually mean it. We’ve gone on one trip in 20yrs and get takeout from a restaurant maybe 5 times a year. We also don’t drive far, so gas isn’t an incentive either. (750 credit score)Thanks!

iPhone battery

Looking for any suggestions on battery life for my iPhone 16pro. I upgraded from a 14 thinking my battery life would improve but it’s the same. I know all of the general settings to turn off and have done so like background app refresh, haptics, location services, mail fetch, things like that. I can watch my phone die a percentage every minute while I’m on it even with the screen super dim. Oddly enough, when I had my apple watch paired to my phone that would die before the day was even over as well. I didn’t really use it, just wore it. My husband has no battery life issues and I doubt he’s turned any of these settings off. Plus he is on his phone wayyyy more than I ever am. I gave up on my watch because it was always dying and gave it to him. Now the battery life on it lasts all day and still has almost half a charge at bedtime. My phone loses battery even while it’s just sitting on the table not being used for hours. I’m so confused. It’s what my 14 did and now my 16 🤷‍♀️
