Any suggestions on what bid should I make? Low/ Medium/ High? Flying on 24th June

Hi I bought Economy tickets via trip.com but bid on MH Upgrade for my flights. However I did not get any email so I made a bid again for the same amount. I realised later that I did not get any email about the bid submission because I have booked via trip.com. My question is will I be charged twice if my bid is successful? Also there is no hold on my cc as of now!
