I’m running a Pathfinder 2e game on Saturday nights in Hartford County and we have a few players who have had to leave the game. We are looking to add at least one maybe 2 or 3 more players. I'm trying to figure out the limits of the Utility Belt upgrade. I'm trying to figure out if I'm going to require them to pay the credit value or maybe half the credit value when pulling something from their "belt".
Hi all, I've run Tyranny twice and played through it once. I've started a new group with the intention of changing things up to make it more interesting for me. One change I made was using the Gritty Realism rules (8 hour short rest, 7 day long rest). I know its going to effect the pacing and I'm going to have to adjust the encounters, but I wanted to know if anyone has done this already and if so, what adjustments worked and didn't work.

Players should have not played the beginner box and while experienced players are welcome, we are new to the system and are restricting starting character options to Player Core 1.
