I've got a mini PC with Occulink, I've got a RTX 3070ti, I've got a spare ATX power supply. I don't need anything portable and I can 3d print a stand.
What's the cheapest way I can connect this altogether? It doesn't have to be pretty.
I have a nice 2p control panel that I got from Game Room Solutions that I want to turn into a pedestal. I whipped up this design with a little 12" screen to act as a marquee flanked by 4" speakers.
I tried to integrate the existing control panel and provide clearance for knees while seated. I think the angles look ok, but I think I'll need to adjust them a bit to get a good fit for t-molding.
On the bottom, I plan on installing leveling feet to get the front of the control panel around 38" off ground. I'll generally play seated with my kids standing.
In the mockup I didn't include any internal bracing or shelves, but I'm thinking I'd have an internal shelf a little below the bottom of the control panel to hold the computer. There would be two rear doors on hinges to access the top section and the bottom section.
Looking for input from anyone that may have some.
Will be visiting from DC for a conference at the Enercare center and staying at the nearby hotel. What are some easy to access options for awesome food and drink at night for a solo diner? That area seems pretty isolated from the rest of downtown.
I'm going to be in your city for a conference in a few weeks. Hotel and conference both downtown. Anyone have a suggestion for a nice hour or two bike route I can do after my conference one day to see a bit of the city? I'm an experienced city biker, coming from DC. Assuming I'll just grab a bike share, not coming with my own bike or anything.
