I think a lot of people in the main fandom of One Piece misunderstand that Luffy is not attracted to women or is asexual.

Luffy is more like Rayleigh in his early days than even the most beautiful women in the world Shakyu cannot make him feel different about them just because they are beautiful. Rayleigh eventually fall for Shakyu but it was never because of lust or looks.

So I doing quite well at my job recently, as a problem-solver, although I've been given more and more leadership responsibilities to be in a managing position.

I love teaching people because if they are taught right they don't make mistake then i have less to worry/work , i would have gone in teaching job if it wasn't paid so bad.

A lot of people at work look up to me, because one i probably teach half of them how to do their job and two because i solve a lot of headache when they have a problem they can't handle.

With that a lot of people come to me for advice whether it's purely work related or it's how to get a permanent job at our company( we have a lot temp worker turnover medium). I think it also i'm not the one who is making the final decision they feel less scared to ask me.

I always tell what i know (since i was also was a temp at some point) and try to be honest as possible even if it's sometimes harsh.

I have dealt with great people give them good advice and i think that help them have success, i'm proud of that.

There is one particular kind that i don't know if i should have handled it differently as i want to get more and more leadership in the company i will ask advice here from more seasoned leader.

This kind , i'm sure you have encounter dishonest people who pretend they want it really bad but their actions don't really show that.

So here is the scenario A come to me for advice because they want to have a extension next year giving some sob story they really need this job, they have bill to pay etc (don't we all have bill to pay???).

So they ask me please tell me honestly how the company see him, i tell well i think people don't think you aren't giving your best quite frankly at times, that you are smart but you don't deal well with stress and make many mistake when work get hard and you lack confidence. And if he want to extended that badly he need to work extra hard to change that perception of him to get ahead of others in competition with him.

His response is complete denial that he deal with stress well , he is very confident basically complete opposite, i tell that's only my opinion of what i hear and see and i could be totally wrong (even though i think i'm quite accurate).

Then he ask me to give a few example that make me believe that , i give them quite a few , tell him i'm sure he got a few warning about certain behavior and action he display during the year.

Again lie again, always on the defensive even lie about some warning that i know happens (maybe he forgot??) And lie about fact (big mistake that he did that lost a lot of time for a lot of people) that i know that happens but he doesn't know that i know.

Anyway , at that point i just made a conclusion summary for him and left at that and honestly i don't think he will succeed and i have give up on helping him even if he ask me again unless it's completely related to work how to do things.

If i was a manager should i have been more harsh and told him he is a liar or do something different?

So we all kinda agree that Anya will have 7 stella and 7 tonitrus bolt for the maximun suspense and drama possible before getting 8 stella to be become a imperial scholar.

My theory is she will get 8 tonitrus bolt but somehow through a loophole she will also get her 8 stella and somehow because the feat she made to earn that last stella should be earned before the tonitrus bolt as we are backtracking her achievement before the event that make her earned the tonitrus bolt.

She will become only imperial scholar to have earn 8 stella and 8 tonitrus bolt in the entire history of eden academy since they can't have someone being a imperial scholar evicted she will be exceptionally allowed to finish school in eden either that or the forger family elope in another country as they retire from their jobs thus no longer need to stay in eden academy anyway.

Hello i was big fan of spyro game when i was kid, i had very fond memory of the game especially spyro 2, i only played the first 3 game on ps1 , i bought the reignited trilogy recently that was on sale on ps5 currently playing them i'm having so much fun.

Now i'm wondering what other spyro game i could play and buy on ps store if i like those game when i finish the reignited trilogy people would recommend emphasis spyro 2 gameplay is my favorite.
