Every service business has customers who just drifted off, no bad experience, they just stopped coming back. Everyone knows the list exists, nobody works it because writing personal follow ups to hundreds of people doesn’t scale, so it’s either a generic blast or nothing.

I built something that fixes that. It writes a genuinely personalized reactivation email for each lapsed customer, referencing their actual last visit, and sends it from the business’s own Gmail/Outlook so it just looks like the owner reached out personally.
