So I've been trying to figure out exactly what percentage of a Jump-3 cargo ship can be cargo space and I just ran face-first into the fact that crew size scales linearly with ship size. Which means, even using the two-thirds rule that Mongoose puts forward for really big ships, I'm still required to have an administrator for every 6000 tons of a ship that comes out just shy of 90% cargo hold and fuel tank. Legitimately; what are they administrating? Inquiring minds would like to know.
