16 years of heart transplant - now fearing death after bad coronary results

30 male, got a heart transplant at 14.

How do you guys deal with the fear of organ reject and possibly be the end soon? In around 2 and a half year, I went with only one plaque to multiples including one at 90%.

That was one year ago in June

Edit I got multiple stents with medication in it.

The exam that was done 3 months after the initial one sowed good results. I have one planned in October, 3 months from now.

But I just now realized and learned about CAV... So I am freaking out. I just bought a house with my girlfriend and planned to have a baby.

They never told me I had CAV but my blockages did appear fast. But I also broke my hip a few months before and had a lot of stress in the previous years....

Bronze case build

I think I would prefer another set of hands. Also, the lume on them is not that great, any good suggestions if I want good lume?

First build! I don't have good fine motor skills, more on that

So I have one of the many brands of muscular dystrophie so I was not sure I would be able to put the watch hand. But with a lot of patience I was able to do it. The funny thing is my eyes were the problem with the second hand. My girlfriend helped me with this one.

As you might see (hopefully not), I messed up the dial. I posted about it a few days ago. But I decided to go with it for now. I don't mind the silver dots mixed with the black and gold. But after all that, I lost one of the dots...

The bracelet looks good but the screws are awful... I wasn't able to remove two of the links.

Anyway, I'm happy and proud of myself considering my situation and the end result.

Welp - messed up my dial

I was using a file to sand down one of the feet and in one of my back and forth movements, it went under...

Should I leave it like that? Try to file it a bit more to see how it looks and maybe do the one at the 5h mark to make it symmetric?

Add a date window on a dial that does not have one?

There is a dial I want to use but I also would like to use a NH36 for my build. The thing is the dial does not have a version with a day/date widow.

Doable? If so, how so? Or should I just forget about it?

Kona and the Thunderstone [KCD2]

She initially wanted the thunderstone because she had a lot of issues with pregnancy, having miscarriages, and almost died one time. So I gave her the stone, but then she shared her mother's or grandmother's recipe:

Guys, she has, or her grandmother, been poisoning herself and probably been killing her babies!

Belladonna in the game is a type of nightshade:

Belladonna (Atropa belladonna), or deadly nightshade, is a highly toxic herbaceous plant native to Europe and Western Asia*. Famous for its poisonous properties, every part of the plant—especially the berries and roots—contains potent tropane alkaloids that cause severe delirium, hallucinations, and* death*. [1,* 2, 3]

And mugwort is wormwood, a plant that is toxic when consumed in high doses:
Wormwood (Artemisia absinthium) is a bitter herb historically used in traditional medicine and famously known as a key ingredient in absinthe. In humans, it can both deliver therapeutic effects—such as aiding digestion, reducing inflammation, and fighting parasites—and cause severe neurological toxicity if consumed in high doses due to a compound called thujone.

And the brandy certainly didn't help.

Question: what's the metal ring that comes with the movement for?

*** EDIT:
I found out that I am missing a plastic spacer! I am still not sure what is the metal one if there is a plastic spacer out there. Will continue my investigation.

Hey, it's my first try/build with a NH72 and I wanted to clarify that before moving on.

Thanks!

Case and bracelet price - what's a good price range?

I started looking into parts and watch case/bracelet prices seem all over the place.

How much would you guys spend and what should we look for to estimate the quality?

Have several Non-admin users who are receiving Dataverse capacity notifications

Hey guys, was wondering if you had any insight on what could cause this? In the documentation it mention that only, Tenant admins, Power Platform admins, and Dynamics 365 admins receive these notifications on a weekly basis. But only 2 users match those criteria. Also, it looks like they are receiving them daily.

Thanks.

Saturated/Trans fat - Is limiting myself to 12 and 0.5 a day too much?

Hey, long story short, got a heart transplant 16 years ago. Last year was the first coronary angiography, which showed I had a blockage of up to 90% with other blockages around 60... I got a stent in most, but I still have one side blocked at 33%.

I am now on Repatha and have tried to improve my nutrition and health hygiene (sleep, stress, and be more careful of what I eat).

So now I have decided to limit my daily fat intake to 12g of saturated and .5 trans fat or just avoid it if I can. But I find it hard to avoid both, and it turns out the premade food I eat, which I thought was good/high quality, still has around 9 and .2 in average in each meal...

So should I just stop eating the premade food (like Factor, WeCook, and such services)? I am not sure I am reacting too much out of fear and what to think.
