Would anyone like to send me visually appealing stages to turn into Smash Ultimate custom stage? More details in body text

You could send me the level ID and/or some level images to make a Smash Ultimate custom stage that captures the essence of the level. I'm in the Tin Gaming Discord server so I'd give you credit there when posting it there. I wouldn't give you credit in the actual game unless the title is short enough. Let me know what you think about this.

What would your 'perfect' 3D Mario game be?

I mean choosing the best aspects, in your opinion, from each 3D Mario game, and combining them into one game, not counting 3D Land or world.

For me it'd be:

-Difficulty from 64 and Sunshine

-Platforming from Galaxy 1 and 2, and level themes, music and story from Galaxy 1

-Creativity from SMO (the capture mechanic) and its amount of content (but the collectibles shouldn't become predictable and repetitive at one point like in that game)

Feel free to also suggest things from each game that SHOULDN'T be done (like the camera from SM64, artificial difficulty from Sunshine [like having to make a Yoshi egg spawn every time and spending five minutes to get to the lily pad minigame], and the "quantity over quality" focus of SMO).

Here's a few "don't get the coin" setups I've seen, feel free to add more

First, the most common one I've seen in SMM2 was suggested by Ceave in the first game. Essentially, behind each coin there's a Bill Blaster, and on the very top of it, a brick block. Once a P Switch is triggered, if the coin wasn't collected it won't spawn, but if it was, it will spawn and block the player's path.
I've also seen this done a bit differently in SMM2, where once the P Switch is activated, the player enters a door that leads to an area (high enough so the player cannot access it without the door) where they stay in between two blocks (or alternatively blasters) in tracks. If the coins weren't collected, the player can proceed, but otherwise the blasters spawn and they'll crush the player. (Btw, since most of these setups require a P Switch, if you want to make the level long enough, you might want to add several Thwomps, Munchers or anything that constantly triggers a P Switch, but it should only be able to do so once a P Switch is active [ie in the first run of the level, when no P Switch is active and you can't grab the coins, they won't be able to trigger anything]).

Next, I recently saw one where each Muncher (or in the case of the image, Bill Blaster), drop into a coin that turns into a brick block once a P Switch is triggered, but if the coin was collected, they will block the player's path (behind the brick blocks there's one-way gates).

You could also create a setup where the floor is entirely made of dotted on/off blocks that are in the "on" state at first, and then the player is forced to activate an On/Off Switch and a P Switch, and needs each coin to turn into a brick block to be able to jump, since that's the only ground they'll have now. I guess the only drawback to this setup is that each coin needs to be far enough apart to prevent cheese (ie when the coins turn into bricks, in case you grab at least one, you shouldn't be able to jump far enough to proceed).

The last one I've seen is kind of tame, but you can place coins in a pit below hidden blocks so you'll get trapped if you grab them, and/or add coins next to a door or pipe that lead to your death. If you want to make the level more interesting, make it have a tight timer or have it be an autoscroller.

Feel free to suggest more, but the simpler the better - I'm honestly not really interested in very complex stuff like entity limit manipulation.

Thoughts on the Mexican show The Accident?

I know the first season is almost 2 years old and the second one is a few months old, but I've seen people still chime in in some posts of when the series was new, so I figured I might as well post this.

I HATE how everyone thinks Emiliano, the main character, is a murderer ('assassin' as said in the Mexican version). First of all, who knows if a fourth stake would've done anything? It might've not with how strong the wind was. Even if it would've prevented the bouncy house from flying, considering this to be murder is ridiculous, let alone considering the main character to be a murderer (you know, someone who's never tried burning children alive and doesn't own a gun, unlike a CERTAIN character who's not considered a murderer for some reason). Maybe, just maybe, it was manslaughter by neglect, but it was definitely an accident, and it's not like when he was going to answer the call he said 'I don't care if the children die as long as the $40 million business call goes well'. No, he forgot to tie the stake for a split second because he wanted to answer the call because he wanted the busy for his family and friends. He obviously never in a million years would've wanted the children to die. I know this kind of accident has happened in real life, but it couldn't be any less predictable. Again, I hate when the characters say something like "you murdered three kids", like if he shot them, or even like if it was a more common accident like running over them with a car. I get that the people affected by the tragedy are looking for someone to scapegoat, but it's absurd how, when Emiliano is taken into prison, the prisoners, who have no idea who he is and were completely unaffected by the tragedy, point at him and call him a murderer (again, 'assassin' in Spanish).

It also seems like people here on Reddit don't like Emiliano either for some reason, because I've seen comments that state that there's only two or three good characters and don't mention him, and at least one comment arguing something along the lines of him "being someone bad masked with good intentions". Again, he obviously would've never wanted the children to die, he's a very loyal person who protects his friends and family, like when he saves his daughter's life in the first season, but I also like how he puts people in their place when he needs to.

Anyway, the fact that the main character is treated this way kind of ruins it for me. Almost every other character is hatable because they're not in his shoes. They don't consider that he never wanted children to die, and just wanted to accept a deal that would bring the best for his family and friends. Thoughts?

Made way back in June 2019, this is a somewhat traditional SMB3 level that focuses on parachuted Spinies and winged Spiketops. I'm specially proud of the part where the Spinies bounce off of note blocks. ID: MNJ-4QJ-8WF
