2024 QX60 battery dead

Got the car August 2024. Not even 2 year I'm driving it. Battery dead with no warning. I drove it 2 days before.

Is this common?

What to do in this space?

We tried setting up raised beds before and the plants didn't survive due to lack of sunlight. I'm thinking of just pouring gravel into this area. Are there any alternatives?

We're out of ideas.

The Honking Boy

He honks a lot. Sometimes when running around. Sometimes when being petted like in the video. That's not the problem.

The problem is he is too excited when I'm trying to introduce a new friend. Regardless who that new bnnuy is, smaller, bigger, older, younger... this honking boy will try to mount them. He's neutered, very sweet, litter trained well. But the extreme excitement around another bnnuy makes me think ge will never be able to have a companion.

Anyone had similar experience?

Financing an Acquisition

We're trying to acquire an established business that is generating revenue already. Our own money is not enough. But no bank is willing to give us a loan to help acquire the business even with the fact that the business has positive cashflow. They require us to have the business running for 2 years under our name before they can consider giving us a loan.

Are there creative alternative financing options out there? We have 401K whose total balance is enough to buy the business but that would require us cashing out early with extra taxes and penalties.

Headache.

Why is his back side shed so much and not other parts of his body? Also isn't it a difficult area to scratch?
