Should I be scared?

So i’ve been on Accutane for a lil over 2 months now, i’m on 30 MG and will be increasing to 60 MG tomorrow. So far not too bad side effects some dry lips but that’s about it.

But what i’m worried about is that i kind of have been consuming the same amount of liq i normally would. It’s on only on the weekends but I’m a pretty heavy weight and my usual amount when I go out is 5. Now i have this weird rash on my hands that’s been showing up and won’t go away w any amount of moisturizer.

I’ve gone down a rabbit hole of liver damage side effects and idk im scared it’s from that. My plan is once I go on the double dose to really lock in and cut down on my consumption. I’m just scared from what I have been consuming is my liver completely fucked?

Here’s a vid for reference

New to Hr

Hi guys I am going to be starting a new Hr Coordinator role soon and just looking for some advice and a lil bit of anxiety relief? I have not worked in Hr before but have worked in an office setting for 3 years and behavioral therapy for 2. I’m a lil intimidated as it is an upscale business with over 100 employees. Any advice or tips for someone starting out kind of brand new within this field?

Struggling

so for context i’ve struggled w bulimia since i was 13 i am 23f now

on and off i have had relapses but i recently went through some sexual trauma and purging has been my coping mechanism

i dont want to keep doing this to myself and my family and my body i feel like every time i purge im slowly killing myself but i just hate how i feel sometimes and want to crawl out of my skin and the only way that i feel some relief is purging.

Ive had years where ive been great and recovered and now im just in a season of life where everything feels so intense and purging feels like my only escape sometimes.

I did a good thing and reached out to family and finally asked for help today cause i cant keep doing this, i want to get better i dont want to struggle with this my whole life i guess this post is just to vent but i also want to ask has anyone ever fully recovered. Because sometimes i really have felt im over it and im recovering and then something happens and im back to square one. I just want to feel better, sorry if this post is kinda depressing

Ok so first off I feel like a really bad person.

But this has really been bothering me I've been training a co worker and it's been rough with him. He orders fast food everyday and then gets burger grease and food all over his face and doesn't wipe it for like hours on end, so I'm trying to train him while he literally has food on his face. His breath also smells and he's gotten super close to me during instances when training and i feel so awkward slowly inching away😭

They also kind of have a distinct body odor ? And have dirt in their finger nails and greasy hair. I know all of these things don't point to them being a bad therapist whatsoever and they seem genuine in wanting to do a good job so I really have no issue with them besides this?

I think I'm just kind of an OCD person and overly clean because of this job in the first place so it's just been really grossing me out and I feel like such a bad person for this. It's just overstimulating me sensory wise, I get grossed out even when clients have BO so it makes it difficult to train this person and the worst part is I barely know them so I can't really say hey wipe your face or brush your teeth without it being crazy rude.

Really trying to be empathetic a because their home situation could be complicated or it could be a health issue you never know. Kinda just wanted to get this off my chest and see if any trainers have had this issue before too and what they've done?
