Can someone give me some input on what a starting salary for a recent construction management grad is please.

I have a bachelors in construction management and internship experience doing estimating.

I have been currently working as landscape inspector that last 3 years following graduation ( I graduated summer 2023).

I have applied for about 30 jobs the past 3-4 months and have only gotten a few interviews.

I’ve had 2 recruiters ask me when I am free for a phone call and then they never call me.

The interviews that went well I ended up getting really low salary offers from them (from what I believe).

I’m starting to get a little discouraged…

maybe the landscape inspector position I’m currently doing doesn’t seem relevant to recruiters/companies for a cm position?

Maybe my resume isn’t good enough?

Any advice is appreciated.

I am interested in a landscape designer job (sooner or later) but I am not sure how to get there.

I am currently working as a landscape inspector and have a degree in construction management. I have no design, drawing or auto cad experience.

What can I do to get my foot in the door? How did others working in this position get experience?

Silver spoon is one of my favorites strains I love it. But it’s a bit of a drive to get.

A closer trulieve has tropical Z but I’ve never tried it.

Both are in the 14gram smalls.

Is tropical Z as good as silver spoon? How does it compare? Any info is much appreciated.

So I’ve lived on the first floor of a 2 story building for 6 years. 5 people have lived above me with no problems. New people just moved in. These are the sixth tenants above me since I moved in 2019. They are terrible.

They moved all their furniture and stuff in from 12Am to 3am for 5 days straight. Very inconsiderate and extremely loud. (I wish I would have filmed the noises and the time. It was absolutely ridiculous). I didn’t get any sleep the because of them and they literally just got the keys to the place.

They’ve been there for about a month now. They stomp around all day and all night. Talk so loud I can clearly hear their conversations. Blare music until the early morning up until 2:30am (beastie boys, nirvana, etc…).

They have extremely loud sex where you can hear every little detail. The bed hitting the wall/scraping the floor . Skin on skin clapping sounds. Can hear her moaining as if she’s in the room. It’s disgusting.

They smoke their bong in the back yard common space area. They ash on my head when I’m sitting out back and they’re on the balcony. My back porch is covered in ash and coors light caps.

They throw their trash from their balcony onto the public sidewalk.

They have been nothing short of nightmare neighbors since they moved in. Probably the most inconsiderate people I’ve ever encountered.

Also they are unemployed so they are always home. They literally never leave the damn apartment.

Ive reached out to the landlord a couple times but not really any help. Also I feel bad telling the landlord but these people are so inconsiderate it’s ridiculous.

Any advice??? Thanks for reading my rant.

I’m not a beginner and don’t really need truck recommendations.

But I’m wondering if anyone here has skated the venture V8s and can tell me their thoughts on them and how they skated
