I have few audio files from 80s and 90s. I got these in mp3 format, but there's a lot of noise, room eco and wind in these which makes it hard to listen. Is there any way I could clean these files such as ai clean them (free tools please can't afford to pay)

Ps. To listen them i have to put volume to max. Also want to fix that issue
