Okay maybe no one will trust me but i never get spoiled for GOT, i started 2 month ago and Jon Snow was my fav character with Tyrion Lanister, and after the end of the season 5 i cried like a fuckin child. I love GOT, but today I dont even to know when the fuck is coming winter.

Hi everyone! I’ve always been somewhat familiar with the Resident Evil universe, mainly through watching gameplay videos and following the story, but I’ve never actually played any of the games myself.

After watching the latest Resident Evil movie, which I absolutely loved, I feel like now is the perfect time to finally dive into the Resident Evil games. The problem is, I have no idea which game I should start with.

I’m wondering if there’s a game later in the series that would be better for a newcomer than starting with one of the earlier games.

I also really enjoy the different gameplay styles in Resident Evil. For example, I really like what I’ve seen of Resident Evil 7 and Village, which seem quite different from some of the other games in the series.

So, which game would you recommend I start with?

Pour commencer, cela fait maintenant 4 mois que je lis ce livre qui m'englouti dans mes peu d'heures libres. Je viens de finir le livre avec comme un goût de faux. Je ne sais pas réellement qui croire, j'ai la tristesse de penser que nous avons perdu Johnny dans la folie avec ses propos de fin qui sont touchants (pour une fois qu'il ne parlait pas de baiser avec une autre partenaire), par ailleurs la fin du Navidson Record est... trop bizzare. Et je ne sait pas si j'ai raison ou pas, lorsque je me balade dans les pièces donnés par """Ed""" je vois un passage sur la mort de Daisy et de Chad, plutôt atroce, la maison qui est sous quarantaine... des mensonges ? Des ajouts ? Des suppressions ? Comme j'ai cru comprendre déjà, une relecture doit très certainement être faite, pour autant avec cette première lecture j'ai vraiment été aspiré par la complexité labyrinthique de cet œuvre. Je pense développer à la suite mes petites théories sur ce reddit pour avoir l'avis de lecteur plus aguerris plutôt que de passer par un ChatGpt nul ou un avis entièrement fondé qui briserait ma vision des choses... Une chose est sur, ceci n'est pas fait pour vous.

I’m currently reading House of Leaves, and today I started Chapter 13. Chapter 12 is probably the one that has given me the most chills so far. Even considering the chapter about Johnny’s mother, I think Chapter 12 is the moment where the house — or rather Zampanò’s writings — truly take control. Whether it’s Johnny, the Navidsons, the Editor constantly inserting himself, or us as readers being pulled into Exploration #4, everything is designed to destabilize us.

When I started the book, I had never been spoiled nor even told what it was about. I discovered it only because the YouTuber Alt 236 mentioned it in one of his videos. I never thought I would end up falling so deeply into a rabbit hole like this.

I’m incredibly excited for what comes next, even though the book is becoming colder, more unpleasant, oppressive, and almost horrifying.

I don’t really have any theories yet about the rest of the story. To me, Holloway seems to have been consumed by the ideology of the house, and I imagine him trapped inside it, just like the forms the house has imposed onto his body and mind. The whole Minotaur story still leaves me wondering as well. At first I thought it might be Navy, but now I’m not so sure anymore. Everything is blurry, nothing feels certain or concrete, and I’m even starting to worry about poor Johnny, who’s slowly turning into a living zombie.
