Parfum bei Versand aufgegangen
Hallo,
ich habe letztens über eine Plattform namens Parfumo einen Duft gekauft, welcher ausgelaufen geliefert worden ist. Der Duft war lediglich in einem Samtbeutel inklusive OVP ohne LuPO sondern mit Papier außen geschützt worden. Da es ein Privatkauf ist, muss ich anscheinend eine Schadensersatzmeldung machen, was ich auch gemacht habe und bei meiner Postfiliale abgegeben habe. Was muss ich machen bzw. was muss der Verkäufer machen? Sendung war bis 500€ versichert, Duft ist 250€ Wert gewesen. Wie stehen meine Chancen?

Measuring no voltage between two legs of a component
I cant wrap my head around why there is no voltage drop between the resistor R_i? It doesnt make sense because they clearly arent on the same potential? is it because of the large resistor i modeled as a voltmeter that acts like an open circuit? I am trying to understand the concept of this circuit that measures the resistance of a voltage source using another source for voltage compensation. I was asking myself why the voltmeter measures the resistance Ri of the source after compensating using the second source U_v so that the voltmeter V shows 0V difference. After switching the switch, the voltmeter shows the voltage difference across Ri which i dont get why?
