Anyone else feel anxiety about something happening that would delay your surgery? I’ve been struggling with worrying something will happen to delay my surgery.

It’s official that I will be having my total hysterectomy done July 28. I just got the call today to schedule my surgery and additional appointments for my pre-op appointment and 2 follow up appointments for after the surgery. Everything feels real now and I’m so nervous.

I currently receive SSI because I am totally blind but found out in the future I could qualify for DAC. How does DAC work and how does it differ from SSI?

Hi everyone. I’m 27 years old and will be undergoing a total hysterectomy. The part I am the most anxious about and scared of is the cervix cuff because I am afraid it will negatively impact me being able to have sex in the future. Currently I’m single so I don’t even have a boyfriend right now but still worried about my future sex life. any words of reassurance would be so deeply appreciated. Thank you so much in advance.
