Loyalist Emperor's Children
A friend of mine wants to assemble a loyal Emperor's Children. Obviously, the army will include Tarvitz and a Contemptor as Rylannor, but what else would we need, besides two tactical squads, of course? For now, we're planning on building a roster of 1000-1750 points.
