Clients That Won't Send What You Need

I don't know if this is an AI issue or just a general sense of entitlement, but clients are getting more uncooperative.

A guy wanted help with an insurance appeal. He spent a second night the hospital that his doctor supposedly said was necessary. The carrier denied the second night's stay and also stated it was out-of-network. Okay, getting me a statement form the doctor of medical necessity and documentation of why the out-of-network treatment was needed.

Instead, he wanted to argue about the how the carrier was interpreting medical records that I don't. My dude, I'm not doctor and you are asking me to step into the boxing ring with a broken arm by not even getting the most basic information I need to properly advise you.

Exclusives Portal Problems

I'm generally not one to buy souvenirs or care about exclusives, so this is my first time signing up for the exclusives portal. When I clock on the link on my dashboard, it takes me back to the login on page. Any suggestions? I've already sent if a request for assistance on the "contact us" link.

I told my therapist that I got a gun because of my fear of birds.

He said I was getting carried way.

I chambered a round and said, "Not today, I'm not."

My Renewal Timeline Update

My permit expires on 07/16/26. I wasn't paying close enough attention. I took the renewal class at PWG on Father's Day and submitted my renewal application on 06/22/26. I got a noticed to pay the fees yesterday and got a notice a few minutes ago that it was "mailed" today. They say allow 10 business days, so it will be much faster than the 6-8 weeks they usually quote for processing times. Your mileage may vary.

Yeah, you need tt pay your fees

A guy calls me up says he's behind in fees with his current attorney, who won't provide more services until the account is current. My dude, I can't magically force someone who work with you when you haven't paid them. You can hire someone else and expect to pay a big retainer, represent yourself, or pay up. That's about it.

Fortunately, it was not in litigation.

CCW Renewal - Don't Be Like Me

I made the mistake of assuming that I had to submit my renewal application before taking the certification class like when I initially applied. Nope. Take then class and then submit the application.

I also forgot to calendar a reminder file once I was within 90 days of the expiration date. So there I am, 3 weeks away form expiration and just now submitting my renewal application.

At least I got it to done, but don't by like me. I believe the certification is good for 6 months, so take the class and submit once day 90 hits before expiration.
