I went to the gym for the first time in 17 months today. I used to go 5 days a week but I had some health issues and wasn't able to exercise. I've just been cleared by my doctor to exercise again and I couldn't be happier. I'm going back tomorrow.

I managed to cycle 2.76 miles in 15 mins and 1.23 miles on the elliptical. I'm so proud of myself.

Found a Painted Lady butterfly about to emerge in my garden. I'll be setting up camp outside to try and catch it.
