Tow hitch?

My Trailseeker is in the shop waiting for a new charging port assembly. I did email the dealers new customer support.
My Question
Will Subaru offer a dash cam like its sibling ToItta Wilderness? Also, Any eta of the TOW package for Subaru since Toyota has released theirs?

It doesn't seem to offer a dash cam at the moment. It does have the eyesight but that only records low quality 20sec video intervals that could be pulled in the case of a crash. It does have the tow hitch hard ware under the plastic piece on the middle of your rear bumper you would just have to get the ball or actual hitch piece

Can someone check if this is true?

Hopefully, the Subaru/Toyota can solve the issue of this error message after I attempted DC charge.

Little background, this is our first Ev. So we wanted to try out the different charging options. We tried slow charge station of ChargePoint. Couple days later, I tried electricitfy America dc charger. There was another customer at that station who was helping me. I had plugged in the car but for some reason it didn’t recognize my phone. The person helping suggested that I just use the credit card swipe and pay. This seemed to do the trick and proceeded to charge up to 80 percent. However, I got an error message after I started the car. Took it to the dealer, they thought it was a simple problem. Two hours later, the service advisor gave me the bad news. The techs don’t know what is wrong and have to consult Subaru. So, I am now using a loaner Solterra.
