Bend Show, Saturday, August 8th

First Concert at Hayden Homes this weekend - confused about seating. I purchased a reserved seating ticket near the front for the Tedeschi Trucks Band show this weekend. Didn't think anything of it since it designates a row and seat number. Just got an email from Ticketmaster that implies there are no chairs and you have rent? Very confused.

Hoping someone local sees this and can help clarify if I need to rent a chair too? Or is the email just confusing and wrong?

TTB First Timer - What to expect?

Seeing TTB for the first time next weekend in Bend, Oregon. What should I expect? How long are the shows? What’s the average dress look like, T-shirts or button up shirts or everything goes? Guessing the vibe is super chill.

Really looking forward to it! Also my first time flying solo at a concert! Lots of firsts I guess.

Welding Copper Plate - Not going well!

Just a weekend warrior here, trying to get better one screw up at a time.

I was lucky enough to pickup a 4 foot x 4 foot x 0.10" copper sheet a couple years ago for $100. Finally found something cool to do with it. Learning to hand form copper to make a nose piece above the grill on my hot rod. I am trying to tack the two halves together and it isn't going well. My tacks keep cracking/breaking and hoping some of you more experienced welders can point me in the right direction.

Tig welding with DC Neg, 190 Amps, straight Argon and using stripped down 12 gauge solid electrical wire as filler rod. I am tacking and hammering. First one goes fine. When I do the second tack and hammer it, the first one cracks and/or breaks. Pictures kind of give you an idea. I've tried over and over with the same results.

Any suggestions? More heat, less heat, more gas, less gas? More practice? :)

TIA

Wordpress 7’s new AI stuff - what’s the point?

OK, maybe I missed something. But I don’t see what the point of all this AI stuff being integrated into WordPress is for? What are some practical examples of what this could be used for?

A couple months ago the Downhill Assist failure light came on in my wife's 2015 Sportage. A quick google said that it had to go to the dealer. Well, it has been 3 months now and still don't have the car fixed.

First time, the dealer had it a couple weeks or so. They replaced a relay somewhere in the system (sorry don't have the paperwork in front of me). We picked the car up and drove it for about a week before the light came back on. Back to the dealer...

Second time, the dealer had it for a couple more weeks, ended up replacing the panel (box?) the relay plugged into. We picked up the car and didn't get half a block before the light came back on! Back to the dealer...

Third time, the dealer ended up bringing in Kia USA. Eventually replaced the ABS Module. I asked them to drive it at least 100 miles before giving it back. Honestly, I think they only drove it about 50-60 miles. We picked it up. A week later it came back on. :(

Car is currently at the dealer. It has been almost 2 weeks now with no word on a solution.

Anyone else dealt with stuff like this? Very frustrating - especially since they don't have a loaner car available. Any suggestions on a tact to take with dealer? Can they just wash their hands of it at some point?
