How he waits for me to finish eating

Yes he is sleeping on the remote. The belly is not a trap! He starts purring if I pet him

Is vanilla syrup toxic for cats?

One of my cats knocked over a bottle of sugar free vanilla syrup and he stepped in it as he ran away. From what I saw it was on his paws and it might have sprayed on his fur. I cleaned him with a cat wipe IMMEDIATELY but I assume some was left behind and subsequently licked by him.

I looked into whether vanilla is toxic to cats but none of the answers are exactly what I need.

I don't know how much was ingested and I unfortunately don't have any 24h vets in my city.

I'm not a minor, I'm in Romania, it's currently 10 p.m., the incident happened within the last hour and the dumbasses are acting normal so far.

Should I rush them to the vet in the morning? Anything I should look out for?

Cats are 3 and 2, neutered. 4 and 3.5kgs.

The ingredients are: Water, bulking agent: polydextrose, natural flavouring, thickener: cellulose gum, sweeteners: sucralose, acesulfame K, acid: tartaric acid (L(+)-), preservatives: potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate, natural vanilla flavouring
