It meant a lot to me because she's my older sister, and she already has many BTS albums. She was also the one who got me into BTS after our grandfather passed away 🕊️, who we both loved so much.

I was around 6–7 years old when she showed me BTS. I remember she showed me “Boy With Luv” or “IDOL” first. Jimin caught my eye first with his pink hair, and I was, as a 6-year-old, of course delighted by the boys. After about a year, J-Hope became my bias. And NO, IT'S NOT BECAUSE OF THE DANCING.

It's because I was born prematurely and I have cerebral palsy. That means my muscles don't follow the growth of my bones properly, and I have to work out every day or walking becomes harder for me and I won't walk very straight. So I'm very, very insecure, especially because I'm a teenager now. I just relate to J-Hope a LOT.

So I saved my money for three months just to buy his album. I thought about it very seriously, like, “Do I really like it enough to buy it? What if Mom and Dad don't let me? What if I'm not an ‘album fan’?”

That's why I really feel something special about *Hope on the Street*. It means a lot to me.
