I just want to be sure if it's external or internal
Please don't judge ....but can someone tell me if it's aganthosis nigricans type darkness or its friction or irritation type darkness

When I confronted him he said it's normal to watch ( I don't agree coz I don't watch it)

He says its not a big deal
I am really confuseddddd rn i need to know if it's really normal I am overreacting or is it wrong
