My wife and I are going on our first cruise, it’s a Virgin cruise ship out of Puerto Rico that hits Barbados, Martinique, St. Lucia, Saint Kitts, and Saint Maarten. Is there an advantage to booking through the cruise line? If we book through private, do they charge an American dollars at all locations? Has anybody paid privately runned tours using a Wise card so that they are paying only once on the exchange from CAD to US?

I was wondering if anyone could provide feedback on the quality of their rental experience at Artia Condos. We are thinking of renting there for three months starting in January. Any information would be helpful.

I’m M, 58 years, 5’9 , 185 pounds, 2.5 years post double lung transplant who hasn’t experienced rejection and in very good health generally.

My doctor has had me on Tacrolimus at 3mg x 2 day with an average score of 13.5 shown after monthly bloodwork.

Recent bloodwork shows Creatinine at 117 (I’m in Canada so I’m not sure if the measuring units are the same) which has been rising consistently month after month.

Finally, my eGFR is 57 which is putting me at risk for kidney disease.

Questions:

1. For long term stable recipients, what is your average dose of Tacro and bloodwork score?

2. Has anyone started creeping toward Tacro induced CKD and reversed it?

3. Other than reducing Tacro did you take any other nutritional/diet measures? Did it help?

I’ve Read a LOT of the mainstream bestsellers. I really like police thrillers/procedurals so if you’ve got a rec please pass it on. New authors are okay.
