Hey everyone, i have been getting into some debates online and i may have said some things about Islam and Muhammad while debating with people online which i have never really done before. I was wondering if its safe to say anything about islam on online platforms like Reddit. Someone warned me to not say anything online about islam and i can get in trouble? So i wanted to know if its safe? Because i am also living in Pakistan.

I keep blocking them and then unblocking them and it hurts to see anything that they have posted, but the urge to stalk them doesn't go away. Even after i got ghosted i tried to reach out to them 2-3 times again and well yeah i know i shouldn't have i got ignored everytime i texted them again. How can someone be so cruel? They couldn't even sent me a single text with a closure. Last night, i even dreamt that they had texted me and i woke up feeling so hurt and bad. It's been 4-5 months since they have ghosted me, but i still seem to have not forgotten them. Every new person that i meet and talk with i do not develop the same interest which i did with my ghoster.
I would appreciate some advice and tips to move on fast or something.

I always heard that shampooing everyday can damage your hair. When i used to do it in the past it used to always make my hair rough so i stopped. Are there any shampoos which dont have any harsh chemicals and you can use it everyday after taking showers? If you know some good every day shampoos let me know please.

And guess what? They still didn't respond back and i feel even worst now. I wish i hadn't sent them texts again, but my stupid mind couldn't stop thinking about them. All i wanted was the closure and nothing else. I thought they were kindest, nicest person ever. Never thought they would ghost me, but guess i was wrong. I knew them for 2-3 years. Even after 3 months i couldn't stop thinking about them and decided to text them again which was the stupid idea honestly. How can someone be so cruel? That they cant even give a simple reply?
