Put my PC on the side and then back and DisplayPort no longer works at 144hz

Description of Problem: I put my PC on the side to check if my AIO pump is failing (it wasn't) but after putting it back upright I've noticed that my display (HP X24iH) only runs at 60hz and the FreeSync option in Adrenaline is grayed-out and disabled. Did I break my cable or port? I worry it's the port, but I've plugged in an old HDMI cable (my 2nd old monitor was plugged into the PC through it) into the main display and 144hz and FreeSync work on it, so at least the HDMI port that was also plugged in while I repositioned the PC is working. I'm especially worried about the DP port because my 9060XT only has 1 DisplayPort (and 2 HDMIs).
