Consciousness Masochism: We Are Insane Unconditional Beings of Love

Often times from many of these NDEs I see this notion of having to return back to your body by either some sort of entity asking you to do so or a general abstract feeling. Many NDEs speak about the unconditional love of the universe, and the whole reason for us being here is:

- To keep the balance of infinity. If there is love, then there must be suffering, so we voluntarily come here to keep that balance.

- To experience unconditional love through the means of extreme suffering.

I've read many reports of people talking to entities upset about how we have to suffer, and almost everytime these beings go "We know." Like they are aware it's unfair, and oh-so terrible.

Does anyone else have similar stories they've read with this idea of our purpose and the universe? Or your own stories?

[ADVICE] 24/7 constant migraine after propranolol iatrogenic overdose. Doctors say nervous system is stuck in fight-or-flight. What has actually helped you?

Posting on behalf of a friend who has been suffering for a while and we are trying to find anything that might help.

Here's the backstory: He went to a doctor for crippling anxiety and was prescribed propranolol. He was taking 8 pills a day and his doctor told him that was fine. He essentially overdosed due to medical misdirection. Since then he has had a 24/7 constant migraine that never goes away.

His doctors have told him this is caused by his nervous system being stuck in a constant fight-or-flight state.

On top of the propranolol situation, at one point his doctors also gave him trazodone, Lexapro, and duloxetine all at the same time, which may have also contributed.

He has seen:

- 3 eye doctors

- 2 general doctors

- 1 migraine specialist

Current treatment: gabapentin + ketamine infusions + drinking a lot of water. This brings his pain from a 10 to a 6. Still living at a 6 every single day.

We are looking for ANYTHING that has helped people in similar situations. Medication, supplements, diet, devices, therapy, lifestyle changes, alternative treatments, obscure stuff, all of it. Specifically interested in:

- Has anyone had migraines triggered by a drug or medication incident and found something that helped reset their nervous system?

- Has anyone tried low-dose naltrexone (LDN) for chronic daily headache?

- Any experience with CGRP monoclonal antibodies (Aimovig, Ajovy, Emgality)?

- Vagus nerve stimulation devices?

- Anything dietary or supplement-based that actually moved the needle?

He is not giving up. We just want to find the right path. Any experience or advice is appreciated.
