Me and my friends recently bought and downloaded PEAK because we thought it would be a fun game to play together. While the game itself is genuinely fun, we've been facing quite a few technical issues.

We frequently get stuck on the co-op loading screen, and everytime the microphone completely glitches out. We have to repeatedly exit and relaunch the game, and even change the launcher before everything works properly. All of this takes around 15–30 minutes before we're actually able to play.

As freshmen, our gaming time is already pretty limited, and we don't get to play every day. Spending a significant portion of that limited time troubleshooting the game has been really frustrating.

On top of that, we didn't realize beforehand that a single run can take over an hour to complete that too if we didnt die during the run, especially when trying to climb multiple summits. We've played for almost 3 hours, but a considerable portion of that time was spent dealing with these issues rather than actually playing.

However, Steam Support has rejected our refund request because we've exceeded the 2 hour playtime limit.

I understand that Steam has a 2 hour refund policy, but in this situation, a significant part of those 3 hours was spent troubleshooting and trying to get the game to work properly. Is there any way to get this reviewed again or escalate the case?

Any help or advice would be appreciated.

Are their products durable, and is the quality good enough to last at least 6 months? I've never bought anything from The Souled Store before, and I'm planning to get some Slytherin merch like a wand, T-shirts, boxers, a backpack, and a few other items. I did love to hear about your experience before I place an order.

I completed my application for Chandigarh University on 15th May. At that time, the fee payment deadline on the portal was showing 4th June, so I asked my counselor whether I could pay the admission fee later, around mid to end of June. She told me that it would be okay, so I didn't worry about it.

Later, the deadline was changed to 30th May. Around 2-3 days ago, my counselor stopped responding to my messages, and her phone has been switched off ever since. I emailed both the fees department and student care but haven't received any reply. I also contacted other people in the admission department, but they were not helpful and kept telling me that the fee had to be paid before the mentioned deadline.

Now the deadline has passed, and I can't even access the fee payment portal anymore.

Has anyone faced a similar situation? Is my admission cancelled now, or is there any way to get an extension or have the portal reopened? Any advice would be appreciated.
