Hi Folks,
I am looking for suggestions for my parents property in Tier 3 city in MP.

Currently it’s a 4 storey property newly renovated with most of modern facilities in 2023 as a hospital fit, with rooms and halls type build on a main 60ft road.

Looking for companies or direct options like hotel,hostel, hospital, government office companies who can work on management lease.

How to find these and explore those options.

What things to keep in mind ?

Since its tier 3 city no much of online media platforms works, local agents are not helpful options.
Tried To-let banner also but not much help.

Hello Car enthusiasts, Need your suggestions on buying mew diesel car in 2026.
Been doing lot of research on brand and variants. Right when i was about to discuss more this diesel blending news came in, without any concrete plans and dates from either any brand or Govt.
Thus highly confused if i should buy or wait?

Worried about blending effect on engine and components, what will be changes needed ,will brands take care for old cars after results coming in later 2027, resale value , insurance company .
