Now that we're halfway through the year, what're you favorite 2026 movies so far?

Including movies that may have technically come out last year but didn't have theatrical releases in your country until this year. Curious to see your favs (and potentially get recs for movies I missed)!

Tesla drivers are the new Prius drivers

Honestly I'm not sure if there's any data to substantiate this, but as someone who has to drive a lot in LA traffic, I've noticed a trend of Teslas exhibiting the stereotypes previously assigned to Priuses. I'm talking immediately having to merge in front of you only to go 5-10 below the speed limit/flow of traffic, camping in the left lane, and excessive/unnecessary braking.

Last time I rode in a Tesla as a passenger, I was so close to asking the driver (a coworker) if she'd like me to take over, because she both exhibited all the above while also looking really nervous, like she's never driven before. Like girl I'll take the fuckin wheel! I know how to merge, coast instead of breaking, and go with the flow of traffic, all without being scared!!

Idk man it feels like the Prius drivers of last decade traded their cars in for Teslas this decade.
