Trying to learn about investing to help my brother.

My brother is a Police Constable making around £45,000 and is 27 years old. He wants to get into investing to build long-term wealth and buy his first home. However, he finds it quite complicated and asked me to do some research for him. So far, he has already put £15,000 into a Cash ISA this year, alongside £4,000 in a Lifetime ISA (LISA), and has £100 in a high-risk stock portfolio all currently on Moneybox. From my own research, a low-cost Global Index Fund seems to be the most recommended route for long-term growth, but I'm not entirely sure how the transition or mechanics work. I am also an adult now and want to make sure I understand this so I don't fall behind. Any advice on how he should manage or optimize this setup would be much appreciated!

Seb Derm with 2C/3A curls need routine help!

Hey everyone. I recently figured out I have seborrheic dermatitis, I was using the As I Am Pomegranate line (shampoo, conditioner and classic leave-in) and sealing it all with Argan Oil. Looking back, I realized I was basically feeding the Malassezia yeast exactly what it wanted. I began looking into and started to use ketoconzolade 2 percent shampoo. While it helped clear up the scales a little bit, it completely fried my hair texture. It made my curls a dry, tangled, frizzy mess, so I had to stop using it. I want to rebuild a proper, curl safe, SebDerm safe routine. From reading your posts, I know I need to switch to 100% pure C8 MCT oil to moisturise instead of heavy hair oils, but I have no idea which specific brand to buy. For my wash, I am strongly considering Happy Cappy Dr. Eddie’s Medicated Shampoo since it has great reviews here for being gentle. However, I am completely lost on finding a safe conditioner, leave-in conditioner, and curl cream that won’t feed the yeast or ruin my hair .What specific brands of MCT oil and styling products do you all swear by that are 100% safe Any advice would be appreciated!

Mandatory overtime

Manager trying to force 40 hours? Hey everyone, hoping for some advice. I started at a Tesco Express about 2 weeks ago on a 19.5-hour contract Wed, Fri, Saturday. My manager just put me on the rota for 40 hours next week, including a Sunday which isn't on my core days. When I told him I couldn't do the Sunday because I have other stuff on and it's over my contracted hours, he said: "During your interview you agreed that you were available on these days" and then told me I have to find someone else to cover it. My contract specifically says: No probationary period applies. Any hours in excess of contracted hours are voluntary overtime. Sunday is not listed as a core day. I'm only 2 weeks in so I'm worried about getting fired, but I can't do 40 hours when I signed up for 19.5. Is he allowed to make me find my own cover for overtime I didn't even agree to? What should I do when I go in for my next shift? I did agree to being flexible but I thought that meant that my 19.5 hours would be spread across the course of the week on anyday what do I do?
