I had IVIG 2 years ago and it gave me a headache the following day that was just as if not more gnarly. But this one came on in my sleep at 60 hours post infusion. Had infusion on Friday at 1pm and headache started at 1am Monday morning (just after going to bed yesterday l) and I was feeling really well until that point. It’s now been 14 hours on and off of severe headache. Is this normal? I hydrated the fuck out of myself for days prior to during and after infusion and even had Dexamthasone as a premed day of.
I know it’s mostly a pocket watch page but a good watch should always have a good chain and fob to go along with. Here are some of my favorite fobs. I have about a hundred or so. Mostly billiard themed. All the watch cases, chains and fobs are sterling silver. The one on far right was my great grandfathers.
Male 38…I Have profound neutropenia 0.1-0.4 since 2023 on a consistent basis. Did have NLPHL (in remission) also discovered in 2023. I’ve had now 4 marrow biopsies that are “Normal” although slightly hypocellular for my age at around 40%. But there have been several times i have seen mention of “Hypolobated megakaryocytes” on my BMB microscopic descriptions….Aren’t those NOT supposed to be there? My neutropenia BTW responds dramatically to steroids 60mg Predisone made counts go from 0.1 up to 4.6 in 1 day and stayed that way for a month on them. Waiting on new NGS (all my past NGS have been normal) for BMB but tissue results were as follows. PS my newest FISH and Chromosome analysis were negative
