I am a newly naturalized British citizen and literally got my first passport today. Is it okay if I apply for ESTA right the way or is there a wait period that I should wait?

For those that work in bigger organizations, what exposure to the Entra tenant do you get as the DevOps/Azure Platform team? Do you manage any part of it? If not, who manages it?

I’ve had these orchids for over a year now but they just don’t want to bloom. I had a “growing light” and apparently the red light was not good for them (the leaves were turning purple) and I changed to SANSI grow light three months ago.
I water them by feel. When the roots are dry, I water the plants and I fertilize them with a few of those drops and once they dissolve, I add more.
What am I doing wrong? I added the light units from an app on my iPhone for reference on how much light they get. I live in Chicago and I don’t have a cold room to move them for a bit to start blooming. No more ideas on what to change. Please help 😇
No help needed; I just want to tell anyone that is trying to modify or cancel a flight and the tier 1 says is not possible, ask for a supervisor and it will work.
I had to change a flight with Turkish Airlines and the rep told me that it is not possible. I asked for a supervisor and he called TK and got it sorted it out for me.
