I bought an HP Probook 4 gli 16 Ultra 5 225H CPU with 32Gb RAM and 256 NVME storage for $470 in open box condition for $470, is this worth it or should I return it?

I'm new using Jellyfin in case one day Plex goes kapoot on me, so I set up Jellyfin on Windows 11 alongside Plex server. I managed to have open subtitles plug in installed and it worked on series like Beef, Copenhagen Test, Hacks and movies. What I can't get is the subtitles recorded OTA, like from ABC, NBC or CBS, there's no "cc" button located anywhere. I'm sure there's a way, any help appreciated.

I lost the poster of The Oscars 2026(Aired) recorded OTA on ABC, I think I forgot to disable "empty trash automatically" I still have the content but not matched, nothing worked for me, refresh metadata, Plex dance, tautulli export etc. Any way, to get it? Right now, I make do with the ones on Google search not I don't like it too much.
