Looking for someone to build a cat cafe together 🐈☕

Me (23M) and my gf (23F) have been wanting to start a cat cafe in Indiranagar - a cozy, aesthetic place with good coffee, food, and lots of happy, pampered cats.

FYI, she posted about this a few minutes ago as well, but she's not comfortable answering some of the business-related questions, so I'm posting it from my account too.

The catch is, we don't have the money or experience to start something like this on our own. We're looking for someone from the cafe/F&B industry who'd genuinely be interested in building this together.

I know it's a big ask, but if you don't ask, the answer is always no.

If this sounds interesting, feel free to DM me.

looking for a co-founder - coconut oil brand idea

Thought of an idea - premium cold-pressed coconut oil, sold direct to homes and also to restaurants/cafes.

nothing built yet, just an idea I want to build with the right person.

looking for a co-founder, not an advisor. good if you know FMCG, supply chain, or sales, or just want to build a consumer brand from scratch.

DM if interested.

Anyone up for a podcast-style conversation tonight in Indiranagar? ☕

The Human Table

A few of us are meeting today at 6:30 PM in Indiranagar.

Think of it like a podcast conversation, except there are no cameras, no microphones, and no audience. Just people sitting around a table talking.

We'll keep it small (6-7 people) so everyone gets a chance to be part of the conversation.

(no dating agenda!!!)

Just honest conversations about life, work, ideas, experiences, technology, creativity, and whatever else comes up naturally.

It's free. We'll collectively decide the café.

If you'd like to join, fill out the form:

https://forms.gle/5pQJ8gfYk42pae518

If this isn't your thing, that's completely fine. But let's keep the comments respectful. 🙂

Looking forward to meeting a few good people and having a meaningful evening.

After 5 years in startups, I want to move to an MNC. How do I make the jump?

I'm 23 and currently working as a Product Manager at an AI startup in Bangalore.

My entire career has been in startups.

I spent ~3 years building my own startup, managed a team of 20+ people, built multiple SaaS products, worked as a frontend developer for 18 months, and eventually moved into Product Management.

The startup world taught me a lot. I've worn multiple hats, shipped products with tiny teams, spoken to customers, managed engineers, handled ambiguity, and learned how to move fast.

But lately I've been feeling the need for something different.

I want to work with strong product organizations, experienced PMs, established processes, and products operating at real scale. I want to understand how world-class teams make decisions, prioritize, and build for millions of users.

For those who made the transition from startups to companies. I am not just talking about MAANG. Any good MNC would work.

What actually helped you break in?

And if anyone here is hiring for PM/APM roles or is willing to share advice, I'd genuinely appreciate it.

Based in Bangalore.

IT consulting firm looking for partners with client connections, 20% of every deal you bring

We run an IT consulting firm, building software since 2017. the delivery side is handled. what we're looking for is people who have client relationships and can send work our way.

The offer is simple. you bring a project, we build it, you get 20% of the deal, paid as the client pays. start with one and see how it goes.

What we take on: One-time builds or ongoing retainers, monthly or yearly. acting as your tech and product team. AI, agents, and 0 to MVP work for startups. legacy code migrations.

And if you're already outsourcing engineering and it isn't working out, we can run that team from our side, under your name if you prefer.

Over the years we've worked across banking, energy, robotics, and enterprise software, with both startups and larger companies.

Sitar Nights in Indiranagar?

Hey everyone,

I was speaking with a sitar artist I know, and we were discussing this idea.

What if we hosted an intimate evening in Indiranagar with live sitar and tabla, blending Indian classical music with Bollywood favourites and a few familiar English tunes?

The idea is to create a relaxed space where people can sit back, sip a drink, enjoy some good food, and just soak in the music.

We're still exploring this and haven't planned anything yet.

Before we put time and effort into making it happen, would this be something you'd actually be interested in attending? And if there was a ticket involved, what price range would feel reasonable to you?

Would love to hear your honest thoughts and suggestions.

looking for a business partner in Bangalore. i bring everything except the idea.

23M, been building stuff since i was 16. ran a hyperlocal commerce startup with a team of 20+ that i shut down (market wasn't ready, learned a lot). along the way i did design, wrote production code, owned product at a couple of companies, shipped a few small saas products and side businesses that made a little money.

currently doing PM at an AI company. that's me, short version.

i want to build a real business with someone. equity split, pure share, no paid gig or consulting thing. i want to be in it, not hired into it.

i don't have an idea right now, and that's kind of the point. if you have one i'd love to hear it. couple of honest things first so we don't waste each other's time.

i'm not looking to be a tech cofounder. i used to be a dev and i can still build, but i'd rather be on the product and business side now.

i can tell you what's buildable, i just don't want to be the person only writing backend.

also, probably not an AI wrapper. the "chatgpt but for [niche]" type stuff is hard to make money on and i've not had much luck there.

what actually gets me interested is either a boring business nobody talks about that quietly makes good money (b2b, logistics, distribution, unglamorous stuff with real margins), or a genuinely hard problem with big upside. honestly anything is fine as long as there's a real reason it exists.

mostly i just want someone who's built before, whether it worked or didn't. if you've failed at one even better, you tend to be more grounded about it.

if this resonates, we grab a coffee somewhere in indiranagar and see if it's real. no pressure.

dm me.

i’m starting a reddit agency with no upfront payment

got my current job because of a reddit post.

used to run my own club/events where random reddit people literally paid and came.

for one month straight i ran weekend events where people signed up through my website, bought tickets, and showed up - almost entirely from reddit/community traction.

had restaurant owners reach out because of stuff i built and posted.

which made me realise:

most companies have absolutely no idea how to use reddit.

they either:

sound corporate as hell

force cringe marketing

or completely misunderstand internet culture

so i’m thinking of experimenting with a small “reddit traction” service.

not a fake guru agency.

more like:

helping products/events get talked about naturally

writing posts/comments that don’t feel like marketing

launch/community traction

figuring out internet angles that make people care

mostly for: startups, apps, cafes, events, communities, weird internet ideas, etc.

not doing retainers or fake guarantees.

just: i’ll work with a few people for ~10 days, and if it genuinely helps, pay whatever feels fair.

mostly posting this because i’m curious if there’s actual demand for this.

Hit me up.

Looking for a technical co-founder to build a wardrobe app, Bangalore

building a wardrobe app. early stage, still figuring out the exact features but the core idea is solid and i'm serious about it.

need someone who can build on android and iOS, knows their way around AI, and actually wants to be part of figuring this out, not just building what's handed to them. product thinking matters as much as the code.

equity. no salary to start.

dm me what you've built. bangalore preferred.

will meet & talk today. Btw i am M23.

I have a Friday plan! what you say?

thinking of doing a casual meetup today around 7pm in indiranagar. probably booking a table somewhere nice, grabbing food, drinks, and just talking about random stuff - startups, work, tech, life, music, anything honestly.

Just good conversations with interesting people instead of another friday scrolling reels.

if you’re up for it, dm/comment. maybe we make a small group and hang till night.

Most dating apps are built for dating. Transparent dating is built for people who are past that stage and thinking about who they actually want to spend their life with.

Every profile shows what someone earns, whether they want kids and when, how their last relationship ended in their own words, living situation, money habits, religion, and exactly what they are looking for in a partner.

All of it upfront before a single conversation happens.

Because when marriage is eventually on the table, these things are not small details. They are the whole decision.

Conversations start with a short letter. Not a "hey".

Women get in free.

Launching invite only in Bangalore. DM us for early access.

NOTE: I know this is kind of commercial but I'm using this network of the Indiranagar subreddit for this. Thank you all for that.

If your team has been talking about doing an outing and nobody has figured out where yet - this might be useful.

We're a restaurant, rooftop and club all in one place, right in Indiranagar. We've started working directly with companies for team outings and it's been a great experience so far.

What we can do for your team:

Set menus with starters, mains, desserts, mocktails and cocktails.

- Unlimited packages if that's what your team wants

- À la carte if your org prefers flexibility

- DJ nights, rooftop hangouts, full club experience.

- Works for small teams and large groups both

The pricing bit - and this is important:

Nothing here is fixed. You tell us your headcount, what your team enjoys, what your budget looks like - and we work something out together that actually makes sense. We'd rather build a long term thing than squeeze you on one visit.

Want to check the place out first?

Come in, look around, have some food - on me.

No booking needed, no obligation whatsoever. Just DM me and I'll make sure you're taken care of. If you like what you see we can talk about bringing your team down.

Indiranagar is already central for most of Bangalore so getting the team here is usually never an issue.

Drop a comment or DM if you're planning something or just want to take a look.

Happy to chat.

So I'm working with a pretty solid venue in Indiranagar and we're trying to grow our corporate outing bookings.

Here's the thing - we don't need a salesperson. We need someone who's already inside a company.

If you're in an MNC, mid-size startup, or any office with 20+ people - and you're the kind of person who can suggest "hey let's do our team outing here" and actually make it happen - I want to talk to you.

What's in it for you:

Commission per booking (good one, not ₹200 nonsense)

If you're bringing consistent bookings - we'll work out a fixed monthly payout

Free visit to the venue before any booking so you can see it yourself, food on us

What the venue offers your team:

Starters, mains, desserts, mocktails/cocktails - set menus or à la carte depending on what your company wants

Unlimited packages available

DJ nights, rooftop, proper club setup

Indiranagar location so super accessible

Pricing is completely flexible based on headcount - we're not rigid about it

Who I'm looking for:

Honestly just someone who has a bit of influence in their office. HR, team lead, admin, ops, EA - doesn't matter the title. If people in your company listen to you when you say "let's go here for the outing," that's enough.

You don't have to pitch anyone aggressively. Just make the intro, we handle the rest.

DM me if you're curious. Can hop on a call or just chat here first, no commitment
