I recently stayed at Taj Fisherman cove in Chennai during my aniversary in April. The bill was 28603 rs and I used Amex Taj vouchers worth 28k.
I have got 969 Tata Neu coins and each coin has a worth of 1 rupee.
Planning to use them on big basket.
Just wanted to share. I never knew I would get points for using vouchers.

Hi! I’m from Chennai. I purchased items from Ras Luxury Skincare for my wife. For some unknown reasons she doesn’t want them at all. Like she does not even want to onpen the box.I spent 5.2k. I received the products today afternoon. All boxes are sealed with original packaging. Boxes have not been opened.

I’m 35M , earning 3Lakhs per month after taxes. My monthly expenses is around 1lakh. Looking to buy a house. How much do I need to spend on invest and how much to spend on house EMI.
From what I understand my EMI should not be more than 30% of my salary. I already have a car emi of 25k.
My wife looking at houses which are are in the range of 2 crores. I’m not sure if it’s the smart thing to do.
